What you will do

Own the full sales cycle for engineering-services projects.

Prospect, qualify and close new accounts—or expand existing ones -in automotive, energy & industrial sectors.

Price opportunities on a margin-first basis, working closely with delivery leads to create win-win proposals for both Clients and Engineers.

Act as a “voice of the customer,” feeding market intelligence back to our recruitment & delivery teams.

Success fee (Variable) - % of gross margin on every closed project (no cap, paid monthly).

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Engineering or technical background or relevant industry experience

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Self-starter mindset—able to work remotely while staying tightly aligned with team

Either 3+ years of B2B sales experience in engineering services, technical staffing, or industrial companies — or a high-motivated fresh graduate from a technical university.
